Does Mixdozen need the internet?

No. The app is fully offline.

Where do names, scores, and photos go?

They stay on your device. We cannot see them. There is no account in the app.

How do I delete my data?

End the party in the app. That removes that party’s names, scores, and photos from the device. Deleting the app removes everything the app stored.

How do I restore purchases?

Apple handles purchases, and they stay with the Apple ID that bought them. Mixdozen does not have its own account.

1. Open Settings, tap your name, and confirm you are signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
2. Open Mixdozen and tap Restore Purchases. The button is on the purchase screen or in the app’s settings.
3. Stay there until Apple finishes. If the purchase still does not appear, open the App Store, tap your account, and check your purchase history for that same Apple ID.

How do I ask for a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
